Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Velisse Aura is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Velisse Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be processed based on product availability.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
